MARK ERVIN
Managing Partner

Mark has 25+ years of experience as an outcome focused technology and business professional with proven success in IT strategy and execution. Mark has served as IT Director of a software development company with an international team. During his time as a systems integrator and consulting Senior Manager, Mark was responsible for managing complex and diverse IT initiatives with hundreds of resources and multi-million-dollar budgets. Mark was appointed Chief Information Officer for a Florida state agency, responsible for aligning technology initiatives to support the agency’s strategic goals and objectives. Mark is a natural leader with a history of results. In his spare time, Mark is the Build Captain on Do-It-Yourself (DIY) projects creating amazing transformations and renovations. Mark is also an animal lover, who enjoys spending time with his rambunctious pack of pups.
MELISSA TURNER
Managing Partner

Melissa has 20 years of experience in IT ranging from developer to senior manager. Throughout her career, Melissa has focused on building trust-based relationships. Prior to joining Integritas Consulting LLC, Melissa was responsible for directing one of the State of Florida’s largest business transformation projects supported by cloud technology which included managing over 200 staff and a budget estimated at $300 million. Melissa has spent her life being part of and leading teams. Melissa received a scholarship to play Division 1 soccer at Furman University, where she served as captain. In 2015, Melissa was inducted into the university's Athletics Hall of Fame. Melissa now enthusiastically cheers for many national and international fútbol teams. Melissa is also the proud mama of four fur babies.
